Building great relationships are an important part of any business. But sometimes you can have too much of a good thing. If you’re seeing too much of the people you pay to look after your IT, it probably means they’re not doing their job properly.

Sometimes computers go wrong. And when they do, it can take a lot of time, money and effort to get them up to speed again. That’s going to mean your IT guys are forever testing, moving things around and generally disrupting your working environment.

We believe in proactive IT, which means we’re always on the look-out for the little problems before they turn into big ones. And our customers love it, because they hardly ever have to contact us.
By all means make friends with us and share your holiday snaps, but we prefer it if you call us when you want to rather than because something has gone wrong.
